Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location by the lake was lovely and the rooms provided beautiful views, some of the facilities were in need of updating. The dining options were great and the staff members were friendly, but I was disappointed with the noise during the early morning and the condition of the room I stayed in.
I had a lovely time at this resort spa, especially enjoying the beautiful lakeside view from my room. The indoor pool was spacious and a great place to relax. However, my check-in experience was quite disappointing due to the staff's attitude, which took away from the overall experience. Despite this, I appreciated the great breakfast and quality of the amenities offered.
My stay at the Lakes Resort Hotel was quite the experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the lake, making it a lovely retreat. While the dining options were delightful, my experience with the service fell short, especially when it came to addressing room issues. Additionally, the noise from the air conditioning was problematic and the initial check-in process was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it had great amenities but could use some improvements in service consistency and room maintenance.
We had a wonderful family getaway at this resort with clean and spacious rooms, and a lovely pool area where the kids had a blast. The friendly staff supported our every need. However, the dining could use a bit more variety and we encountered a few minor issues with room supplies. The overall experience was delightful and offered great value for our money.
My recent stay at the Lakes Resort was quite a mix of good and bad. The rooms offered a pleasant view, but we faced issues with the air conditioning that disrupted our sleep. The dining experience was enjoyable, with tasty meals, and overall, the location by the lake was lovely. However, the dated facilities and uncomfortable bed were significant downsides that diminished the experience.
